Admission Procedure

There will be registration prior to admission, the dates of which to be put up on the notice board of school,
Coast Guard Residential Complex (Officers & EP), common area etc for information to all.

Fresh admission to any class will be availability of seats and subject to the rules & regulations issued by state education authorities/affiliation body.

Application for admission is to be submitted on the prescribed form available on payment of Rs. 50 each from the school office.
passport size photographs , photo copy of birth certificate , copies of the Aadhar cards of the student and parents should be
attached with the application Original certificate should be produced at the time of admission.

Minimum age required at the time of admission i.e; on 31st July.
For Playgroup -2 yrs
For Nursery -3 yrs
For LKG- 4 yrs
For UKG - 5 yrs

Registration for the new academic session starts in the month of March.

Children seeking admission to school will be interviewed by the Headmistress.

Transfer of children studying in other Coast Guard Kindergarten will be accepted on submission of fee challan book of old school.
